New Zealand renters
ThingyBond
Photo-backed move-in, current, and move-out property condition reports. A supporting record for the place you rent. Not a contents inventory, and not the official inspection form.
Sign in with the same email link as ThingyProof. One country: New Zealand. The signed-in app at /bond/app is not indexed.
ThingyBond organises photos and factual notes as a supporting record. It does not replace the official New Zealand Tenancy Services property inspection report, does not give legal advice, and does not guarantee bond outcomes. Agents, landlords, and the Tenancy Tribunal decide what weight any record carries. Complete and sign the official inspection report with your landlord/agent as required.
Move-out can point at an earlier report
When you leave, photograph the place as it is. If you already made a move-in or current report, the move-out can store that journey. The link is a pointer on your account. ThingyBond does not score damage, predict a bond refund, or tell you what a landlord must accept.
Premium compare is coming soon. ThingyBond keeps the link to the earlier report and does not place the two records side by side in this release.

Questions
Does ThingyBond replace the Tenancy Services inspection report?
No. Tenancy Services publishes the official New Zealand property inspection report. Complete and sign that form with your landlord or agent. ThingyBond is a photo-backed record you keep alongside it.

Can a move-out report link to the move-in?
Yes. A move-out report can store the id of an earlier move-in or current report on the same account. That link is a pointer, not a judgement about damage or about the bond.
